Fri - Oct. 5, 1917 K.P. as usual eat Wash dishes and go to bed. Got a leave of absence today to go to Portland Oct. 20 Wrote to Berniece. New list of service calls put up today Taps at 11 P.M. instead of 10:00 |
Sat - Oct. 6, 1917 K.P. __________ Went to get our pay at 9:30 this morning the first one in camp. Had to wait till eleven then rush dinner and go back at 1 P.M. at last we got it about 2:30. Go to Tacoma tonight and bought Berniece a Ukelele and a sheet of music. got back to camp about 2 A.M. |
