supper at 6 P.M. eat, and write to Berniece. snowing awfully hard. lots of timber wolves. a couple investigated my fire about dark. still it snows and I am going to bed. Thu - Feb. 28, '18 woke up at 5:A.M. almost buried by snow. got to zero at about 3' o'clock. deep snow and hard traveling. Leuit Ricker got to me at 5:30 on foot. walked back to Rainier inn had supper there and all came back on the motor cycle got here 11:20 P.M. all tired out. Note (1) |
Fri - March 1, '18 sleep late this morning beautiful day, but I don't feel good. Play ball for a while. finish writing to B_ and get a letter from her and answer it. go to bed about 8 P.M. Sat - March 2, '18 real nice day. inspection this morning. play a game of indoor ball with the 364th Co. and got beat. read most of the afternoon and evening and wash clothes. Sun - March 3, '18 rained all night but nice today. Write to Berniece & mother & go to bed. |
