Sat - Dec. 22, '17 inspection. conference with C.O. hang tents up to dry get through about 2:P.M. dress up to go to Portland. Capt. presented us with presents from the Ladies Aux. took the train at 5:15 and got to Portland at 12:30. Went home home and got to bed about 2:00 A.M. |
Sun - Dec. 23, '17 got up at 7:30 took the train to Dundee 9:40 got there at 11:15 and walked up. gave B. her present. she gave me a diary (1). Mrs K. gave me a handkerchief. B_ played some music for me, went to see Mrs. Schultz's new baby rode back from B_'s place in the wagon. |
