Sat - Oct. 27, 1917 rained all night. drill until 9:30 this morning then came in and got ready to go to the foot ball game at Tacoma Stadium Medical corps -vs- 91st Div. We all marched up together score was 0 to 0 after that got a sheet of music for Berniece ate supper took in a show got the train at 9:30 got to bed about 10:30 and the fire call sounded got up and went to bed again just a small brush fire. got to bed about 11:45 |
Sun - Oct. 28, 1917 Clear but cold. took a shower. Wash clothes got a letter from Berniece and wrote to her. An aeroplane over camp today Graham back to camp again. lots of music. go to bed early. |
